Returns and refunds policy

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or incorrect handling after delivery.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all products sold on this website, including physical products, digital products (STL files), and pre-orders.

2. Physical products

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

For customers outside the EU, different conditions may apply depending on the local legislation of the destination country.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products made to order or custom-made according to the customer’s specifications

• Digital content once download or access has begun, with the customer’s express consent

4. Digital products (STL files)

Digital STL files are non-refundable once downloaded.

By purchasing these products, the customer expressly agrees that:

• The supply of digital content is immediate

• The right of withdrawal is lost once download or access has begun

Refunds will only be granted in case of defective files or errors attributable to the seller.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-order products:

• Are not available for immediate shipment

• Have estimated delivery dates that may change

• Can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

Once shipped, standard physical product conditions apply.

6. Shipping and returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

In case of damage during transport, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

7. Orders outside the European Union

For orders placed outside the European Union:

• All sales are considered final once the order has been processed

• No returns or refunds are accepted unless required by mandatory local consumer protection laws

• This does not affect claims related to defective or incorrect products

8. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
